Mack Rutherford is on a Mission to Become the Youngest Person to Fly Around the World Solo
At 16, Mack Rutherford is hoping to become the youngest person to fly around the world solo. Mack’s sister Zara recently became the youngest woman to circumnavigate the world solo by microlight aircraft, breaking two world records. His sister is an inspiration for his flight, along with a long line of aviators going back five generations in their family.
Mack is currently attempting to achieve this goal, and throughout his flight the Iridium® network is tracking his progress and keeping him connected.
